Tiana Gonzalez

Tiana Gonzalez is an experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Community Orientation Officer at the International Rescue Committee since June 2021, where Tiana leads the community-based Cultural Orientation strategy for newcomers. Prior to this role, Tiana worked as a Program Manager at HIAS, overseeing the Matching Grant program and providing financial oversight and technical assistance. A progression of roles at HIAS included Program Coordinator and Programs Associate, focusing on volunteer programming and affiliate communications. Earlier experience includes managing programs at the Ethiopian Community Development Council, Inc., and providing case management for refugees.
