Lorraine Lee

Lorraine Lee has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in the areas of privacy, general counsel, and corporate legal management. Lorraine began their career as an Associate at WongPartnership LLP and later worked as a Senior Associate at Rajah & Tann Asia. Lorraine then joined Keppel Corporation Limited as a Legal Manager, where they handled various legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, including joint ventures, cross-border alliances, and regulatory advice. Lorraine also served as the Group General Manager of Corporate Legal at Keppel Corporation Limited.

After their time at Keppel, Lorraine joined Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Senior Counsel for the Middle East & Asia Pacific. In this role, they gained valuable experience in emerging markets such as China, Japan, Thailand, Australia, and the UAE.

Currently, Lorraine holds several leadership positions at International SOS, including General Counsel for Assistance Services Worldwide and Chief Privacy Officer for Asia & Oceania. Lorraine has successfully built a diverse legal team and is responsible for advising the business on data privacy matters. In January 2022, they assumed the role of Chief Privacy Officer for International SOS.

Lorraine Lee, CIPP/E, holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with honors from the University of Kent, which they obtained from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Hwa Chong Junior College from 1987 to 1988 and St Nicholas Girls School from 1983 to 1986. In terms of additional certifications, Lorraine has obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) in 2019. Lorraine also holds the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certification from IAPP and is a OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional. Additionally, they received an executive education certificate from EGN Singapore (Executives' Global Network) in 2018.
