Matias Adam

Matias Adam serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager at International SOS, leading the world's foremost medical and security services company since May 2019. In addition, Matias is a lecturer in the Global Entrepreneurship Lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, providing insights on integrated problem framing and corporate strategies in digital transformation. Matias holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from MIT, with a focus on digital transformation and a thesis on improving sales performance through machine learning. Previously, Matias held various leadership roles at Schneider Electric from 2006 to 2017, including Vice President of Sales for the Software Business and Managing Director, where strategic initiatives led to significant sales growth and operational efficiency. Additional experience includes positions at Emerson and Sony, complemented by an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UADE.
