Ruben Pedroza Jr., PHR has held various roles in the field of human resources for over two decades, bringing a wealth of experience to their current position as Director, Human Capital at the International Trade Administration. With a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management Development from Bluefield University and executive education from The Wharton School, Ruben is well-equipped to lead strategic initiatives in human resources. Prior to their current role, Ruben has also worked at organizations such as NOAA, Jefferson Lab, and the US Navy, where Ruben gained valuable experience in human resources management.
