Allan Martinez Venegas

Allan Martinez Venegas is an experienced professional in project management, research, and social innovation with a strong background in supporting nonprofit organizations and humanitarian initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at AmplifyDMC, Allan manages grants and fundraising efforts for over ten nonprofits in Minnesota. As a Senior Research Advisor at HumanitarianHR, expertise includes conducting risk assessments and developing research models. Additionally, as a Research & Design Consultant, Allan leads ethnographic research projects and evaluations across multiple African countries for prominent organizations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Allan also contributes to education as an instructor at ITCILO and IDEO U, focusing on human-centered design and social finance. Previous roles include leadership positions at NewGlobe and Amigos de las Americas, where Allan enhanced research capacities and managed field operations. Allan holds a Master's degree in Social Innovation for Sustainable Development and is pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
