Haytham Al Dakkour has extensive work experience in the legal field. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Legal Counsel at the ALAjeel, AlTattan, ALBisher & Partners Law Firm, where they gained experience in various civil, commercial, IP, administrative, and corporate matters. In 2005, they joined International Turnkey Systems (ITS) as the Legal Director, where they provided high-level legal advice and played a crucial role in interpreting corporate policies, strategies, and business plans. Later, they became the Director of Support Services at ITS, overseeing critical support functions such as strategy, marketing, HR & admin, legal, IT, and business excellence. Haytham Al Dakkour's expertise includes legal advisory, strategic planning, and corporate governance.

Haytham Al Dakkour completed a Bachelor's degree in Law from Lebanese University in 2000. Haytham later pursued a Master's degree in Law, specializing in Legal Information and Intellectual Property Law, from Université La Sagesse - ULS from 2000 to 2002. In 2006, they furthered their legal education by completing a course at the University of Cambridge, focusing on 63 CPD hours of tuition in Law. In 2007, they attended a one-week program on Communication Skills for Lawyers at the London Business School. In 2014, Haytham Al Dakkour obtained a Certified General Counsel qualification from Winmark Academy in the United Kingdom. Haytham also attended a training program on Corporate Legal Advisers and Chartered Company Secretaries at London Corporate Training (LCT) in the same year. Furthermore, they completed a Mini MBA program in 2015 from Winmark, UK London, covering subjects such as Strategy, Financial Management, Marketing, and Leadership and Change.
