Crystal Jones

Crystal brings together a diverse portfolio of experience and knowledge spanning business development, environmental management, education and ESG/ CSR. As an Analyst at the International WELL Building Institute, she supports the commercial team and its clients in leveraging WELL against their organizations objectives, and social strategies.

Crystal is driven by a passion for social impact, and this is reflected in her favorite WELL feature C11 - Civic engagement, believing that by providing community opportunities and volunteerism they enable local residents to thrive and have direct impact on their spaces, the community, and themselves.

Prior to IWBI, Crystal worked in the education sector and in her spare time developed a community organization creating opportunities for students to enter the environmental industry. She is currently completing distance learning for a bachelors in Environmental Science, and intends to continue her educational pursuits, and achieve a masters in Development and Policy with a focus on health, and inclusion.
