Dirk Heider

Dirk Heider has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dirk most recently worked as the COO at Interone starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Advisor to the Executive Team at Build38 starting in December 2021. Dirk also worked as the Leiter Digitale Transformation at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH from April 2022 to April 2023, and as a Partner Advisory at Transforce Partners GmbH from January 2022 to April 2023.

Before these roles, Heider held various positions at intive, including VP Operations / Delivery from January 2018 to December 2021, Managing Director (formerly Kupferwerk GmbH) from March 2016 to September 2019, and COO / CTO from February 2013 to December 2017. Prior to intive, they served as the Head of Service Delivery at GreenCom Networks from July 2011 to January 2013.

Heider also had experience working at a startup, where they learned from failing to execute on a great idea from July 2010 to July 2011. Dirk started their career as a Senior Manager Technology at Sapient from April 2001 to June 2010, and as a Senior Information Technology Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) from February 1998 to March 2001.

Dirk Heider pursued their education from 1991 to 1997 at Universität Passau, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Sciences.
