In her role as HR Manager, Joelle is responsible for Interpod’s employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and recognition programs, as well as managing workplace health and safety initiatives.
Joelle is actively involved in the continual dedication to the local community and charitable endeavours.
Along with administering Interpod’s employee-benefit programs, Joelle leads the processes surrounding the finding, screening and recruiting of new job applicants, as well as corporate training programs.
