Prior to that, Justin worked at Boston Scientific from 2017 to 2020, first as an Associate Territory Manager and later as a Territory Manager, where they demonstrated clinical excellence, expanded sales revenue, and secured capital placement agreements. From 2014 to 2017, Justin was a Clinical Sales Consultant at Thermo Fisher Scientific, responsible for growing demand within the primary care and allergist physician market. Justin implemented key business strategies and developed new Allergist partnership models, resulting in significant growth in key accounts. Before their career in sales, Justin served in the US Army from 2011 to 2014, holding roles such as Healthcare Access Manager and Deputy Director/Project Manager. Justin developed process improvement strategies, synchronized interests among healthcare professionals, and implemented marketing strategies to increase healthcare access and efficiencies. Additionally, Justin has an athletic background, having represented the United States as a Team Handball Athlete in the 2010 Pan American Games as part of Team USA.
Justin Key attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2005 to 2009. Justin obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics during their time at the institution.
