Kinda Fakhouri

Kinda Fakhouri is an experienced professional in executive search and research management. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Research for InterSearch Middle East since December 2017, Kinda oversees project delivery, workflow, and stakeholder management while mentoring the research and recruitment team across the region. Previous roles include Senior Research Associate at both InterSearch and McArthur Murray, where Kinda contributed to sourcing and selecting qualified senior professionals and played a founding role in team training initiatives. Kinda's career began in customer service with Hospitality Marketing Concepts and Jordan Telecom. Kinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Jordan, obtained in 2005.
