Rachel Bell

Rachel Bell's work experience includes a diverse range of roles in the digital and product management industry. Rachel is currently working as a Consultant in Digital Program Management at Manifold Digital, starting in June 2023.

Prior to their current role, Rachel held various positions at Intersection Co. from 2015 to 2020. Rachel served as the Vice President of Strategy and Operations, overseeing the Air & Destinations business generating $30M in annual revenue. Rachel analyzed industry trends and developed strategies to enhance operations, revenue, and partnerships. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Client Partner - Product, collaborating with the executive team to develop and execute product strategies. Rachel managed a team of 15 staff and a client product portfolio worth $12M. Earlier in their tenure at Intersection Co., Rachel worked as the Senior Director of Client Partner - Product, leading the execution and delivery of client initiatives and overseeing a team of product managers.

Rachel also worked at Control Group from 2012 to 2015, where they served as an Associate Partner in Product Management, leading strategic initiatives for product development. Rachel supervised a team of 12 staff and was responsible for $30M in annual income. Rachel later became the Managing Director of Product Development Management, launching the product development management practice and overseeing client services and account management.

Before Control Group, Rachel worked at Visual Goodness Inc. as the Director of Production from 2011 to 2012. Rachel partnered with the C-suite to implement operational efficiencies and managed a team of five staff.

Rachel's earlier work experience includes roles at Createthe Group as a Senior Product Manager from 2009 to 2011, at The Barbarian Group as a Senior Producer from 2006 to 2009, and at The Chopping Block as a Project Manager from 2000 to 2006.

Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills in the digital and product management industry.

Rachel Bell attended Temple University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Rachel has also pursued additional certifications in their career. In 2007, Rachel obtained a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Later, in 2013, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the same institution. Rachel's most recent certification is a SAFe 5 Agilist Certification, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
