Business Support Partner at Interswitch

Ekpemede Emmanuel began their work experience as a Customer Service Representative at Outcess Business Process Outsourcing from March 2019 to July 2020. Ekpemede then joined the Interswitch Group in August 2020 as a Business Support Partner, where their responsibilities included maintaining assigned POS terminals, engaging merchants to improve services, and deploying POS terminals to new merchants.

Ekpemede Emmanuel attended Delta State University in Nigeria from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education degree in educational administration and policy studies. In December 2020, they also obtained a certification as an IT specialist from Bytera.
