Jonathan Yabut

Jonathan Yabut has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Jonathan started their career as an HR Assistant at Convergys Philippines in 2014 and later worked as an HR Assistant at SM Mart Inc. from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Arch Global Services Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for IT positions and creating job postings on various platforms. Jonathan then worked as a Technical Recruiter at Sleek from January 2021 to September 2021, where they handled the sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates for technical roles. Jonathan also worked as a Freelance Title Insurance/Banking Recruiter from January 2021 to May 2021, sourcing US candidates for various roles. From May 2021 to March 2022, they worked as a Sourcer, Technical Recruiting at Upwork. Currently, they are working as a Technical Recruiter at InterVenn Biosciences, where they are responsible for recruiting IT professionals for the Asia Pacific region. Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates through various channels and has experience working with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.

Jonathan Yabut obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. In addition to their degree, they have also earned certifications in Microsoft Office 365 Administration and Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn. Jonathan obtained these certifications in December 2021 and July 2020, respectively.
