Kenneth Bryan then worked as a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer at Comcast Cable, where they researched and resolved advanced customer issues. Kenneth later joined Verizon Wireless as a Customer Service Associate, where they assisted customers with inquiries and gathered feedback to develop new strategies.

In 2016, Kenneth became a Business Analyst at Benefitfocus, where they led a project team and served as the main point of contact between US project managers and the team in the Philippines.
