Olivier Dussault

Olivier Dussault has a diverse work experience over the years. Olivier started their career at The Hershey Company as a Retail Sales Representative from January 2013 to June 2017. Olivier then joined ACCEO Solutions as a Sales Coordinator from June 2017 to March 2019. After that, they worked at Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Dumas Inc. as a Sales Director for a brief period from April 2019 to August 2019. Olivier then joined Gordon Food Service as a Sales Support Representative from November 2019 to April 2020. Currently, they are working at Intiveo and has held various positions, including Customer Experience Agent from November 2020 to March 2022, Senior Customer Experience Agent from March 2022 to July 2022, and currently as a Team Lead, Customer Experience starting from July 2022.

Olivier Dussault obtained a Baccalauréat degree in Sciences de la consommation from Université Laval, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. Olivier has also received additional certifications, including Excel - Intermédiaire and Excel - Débutant Professionnel from Versalys, obtained in November 2018 and October 2018 respectively.
