Lydia Salter

Lydia Salter possesses a robust background in operations and educational support, currently serving as the Interim Head of Operations (Programmes and Projects) and Head of Student Opportunities at IntoUniversity since August 2017. With experience as a Regional Operations Manager, Lydia also contributed as a Young Trustee for KEEN from March 2020 to February 2022. Prior roles include Teaching Assistant/PE Teacher at North Bradley C of E School, Programme Lead at Rawhide Ranch, and Outreach Ambassador for the University of Bath. Lydia has also held positions at Waitrose and Clifton College Services Limited, showcasing skills in customer service and leading extracurricular activities. An academic foundation includes a Master of Science in International Development from the University of Bath and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Bristol.
