Zervakakis Michael has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Zervakakis began their career in 2003 as a Helpdesk/Operations Support at OPAP. From there, they worked as a Helpdesk Technician at Teleperformance before moving on to a role as a Support Engineer and IT at Cardel S.A in 2008.
In 2015, Michael joined SiEBEN Ltd. as a Systems Integration Customer Support Engineer before transitioning to AT&T as a MACD implementation network engineer via NSCglobal. Zervakakis then joined First Data Commercial Services in 2016 as an IT Ops Technician.
Since 2017, Michael has been working at Intralot, starting as Global Application Support and then progressing to 2nd Level Application Support Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Application Support Director.
Throughout their career, Michael has gained expertise in various areas ranging from customer support to technical roles, demonstrating their adaptability and versatility in the IT industry.
Zervakakis Michael's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Energy from Heriot-Watt University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineer TE from the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education in 2011. Zervakakis also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering Educator from the same institution, which they completed between 2004 and 2009. Currently, Zervakakis Michael is pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Techno-Economic Systems from the National Technical University of Athens, starting in 2022. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications in areas such as Linux, IT service management, networking, and others.
