Micha Pashley

Micha Pashley currently serves as a People Partner at Intrepid Travel since October 2024. Prior to this role, Micha held various positions including People Operations Manager at Shift Collab from November 2022 to October 2024, and People Experience Lead at CloudMD from May 2021 to November 2022, following the acquisition of MindBeacon where Micha was a Human Resources Specialist from May 2021 to July 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Clean My Space, Account Associate at Xerox, Human Resources Coordinator at ASK4 Ltd, Property Administrator at Liberty Gate, Seasonal Sales Associate at John Lewis & Partners, and Room Attendant at The Crystal Lodge & Suites. Micha is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management at George Brown College and previously studied Business Administration at Nottingham College.
