Brittany Laferriere

Brittany LaFerriere, SHRM-CP, has a range of work experience in the field of human resources. Brittany'smost recent position is as a Human Resources Coordinator at Intricon Corporation, where they currently work. Prior to this, they were an HR Recruiting Intern at Bold Orange, where they gained experience in identifying new talent, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and supporting HR initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions. Brittany also researched and demoed new HRIS and Employee Engagement Software, rebranded the employee handbook, developed employee profiles, conducted market research for PTO policy, and created a Buddy Program for new hire onboarding. Before joining Bold Orange, Brittany was a Recruiting Intern at Lifetouch. Brittany'searlier work experience includes a role as a Human Resources Assistant at Twin City Hardware and as a Customer Service Representative at the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office.

Brittany LaFerriere, SHRM-CP, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. Brittany completed this program between 2020 and 2022. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Policy Issues on Work and Pay from the University of Minnesota in 2021 and 2022.

Prior to their studies at the University of Minnesota, Brittany pursued a degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. However, no specific dates are provided for this education.
