Process Development Engineering Manager at IntriCon

Julia Rusciano has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Julia started as a Test Systems Engineer Intern at Medtronic in 2015, where they performed reliability and quality test programs on Neuromodulation devices. Julia then moved on to Baxter International Inc. in 2017, working as a Test Controls Engineer Intern. In this role, Julia designed and built test fixtures, performed reliability and quality testing on renal dialysis and blood warming devices, and created tool drawings and reliability procedures.

In the same year, Julia also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where they conducted research projects related to biopolymers and polyplex structures.
