Mirko Wächter

Mirko Wächter has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Mirko is currently working as a Robotics Software Engineer at Intrinsic, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Roboticist at Franka Emika from November 2019 to October 2022. Before entering the robotics field, Mirko Wächter was a researcher and postdoctoral fellow at the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) from May 2017 to November 2019 and a scientific employee from November 2011 to April 2017. Additionally, Mirko Wächter worked as a freelance web developer from 2003 to 2004.

Mirko Wächter pursued their undergraduate education at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2004 to 2011. Mirko graduated with a degree in Informatik, earning the title of Diplom-Informatiker. Mirko continued their educational journey at the same institution, completing their doctoral studies in Robotik from 2012 to 2017, which granted him the degree of Promotion.
