Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will analyze market trends and the competitive landscape, and execute go-to-market strategies for our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, customer success, and marketing, to drive awareness and adoption of the Introhive platform in the market.

Win / Loss Analysis
Conduct win-loss analysis to understand the factors influencing customers' decisions to purchase or not purchase the product.
Interview customers and prospects to gather feedback on product features, pricing, competition, and overall buying experience.
Analyze win-loss data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in a product marketing role and a demonstrated track record of driving growth, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
Strong organizational, writing, and storytelling skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and synthesize information from multiple sources
Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues across product, sales, customer success and marketing
Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, HubSpot, Asana, Salesforce
Prior experience with competitive intelligence software such as Klue or Crayon would be considered an asset
