Tom Aitchison

Tom Aitchison has over 25 years of sales leadership experience in the software industry. Tom is currently the President of GTM at Introhive, a company that provides sales intelligence and relationship management solutions.

Tom previously served as the CEO of Swrve from September 2018 to March 2020. During their time at Swrve, they successfully transformed the company into an Enterprise SaaS business and led a funding round for their real-time Enterprise Customer Engagement Platform. Tom also established Swrve's value-driven customer strategy, which was focused on increasing customer engagement and monetization through more relevant, personalized interactions across mobile, email, web, TV, and emerging digital channels.

Prior to Swrve, Tom was a Member of the Board of Directors at Bonfire Interactive from October 2017 to March 2020. At Bonfire Interactive, they were actively involved in guiding the company growth and GTM strategy to a successful acquisition and IPO.

Tom has also held the positions of EVP WW Sales at WatchDox from January 2012 to January 2014, and SVP Sales For the Americas at Sterling Commerce from January 2007 to December 2008. Tom was also the SVP WW Sales at Comergent Technology from January 2005 to December 2006, when the company was acquired by Sterling Commerce.
