Carlos Juste has a diverse work experience in various companies. Carlos started their career at Orange as a Key Account Manager and then moved on to become a Senior Product Manager Business Marketing. Carlos worked on business development with mobile software companies and created the Orange mobile solution web.

Carlos then joined Vodafone, where they held multiple roles. Carlos worked as a Specialist National Data Channel and IT Wholesaler Program, responsible for designing and executing Vodafone's data program. Carlos also served as a Channel Account Developer, managing Vodafone's business offer through various retail channels. In addition, Carlos worked as a KAM exclusive sales channel and National Sales Account Manager, overseeing large retail accounts and developing sales strategies.

After Vodafone, Carlos joined Telefonica as Head of Global Retail Planning & International Business Development of smart retail solutions. Carlos was responsible for defining the retail channel strategy and coordinating with different countries to improve customer experience and store satisfaction.

Carlos later worked at ToolsGroup as the EMEA Head of Business Development & Business Intelligence Leader. Carlos focused on generating qualified opportunities for EMEA Sales Regional Teams through a Business Intelligence platform. Carlos also served as the Global Head of Telco & Utilities Verticals, responsible for developing Telco & Utilities Companies opportunities for Supply Chain automation.

Currently, Carlos is working at Intrum as the Global Head of Telco and Utilities verticals. Their main responsibilities include overseeing pre-collection services, debt collection, and portfolio investments for these industries.

Throughout their career, Carlos has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and digital transformation projects.

Carlos Juste has a diverse education history. Carlos completed a Customer Experience Management program at IE Business School in 2018 and also received training in Salesforce Marketing Cloud at ISDI in the same year. In 2014, they attended Esade for a course in Indirect Channels Management. Prior to that, Carlos obtained an Executive MBA from INSTITUTO DIRECTIVOS DE EMPRESA - IDE CESEM - in 2005. Their undergraduate education was at Universidad de Valladolid, where they studied Economicas with a focus on Empresa/comercio, general from 1988 to 1995. Carlos has also obtained a Cloud Computing Certificate from Google in 2019.
