Ramunas Tepliakovas

Ramunas Tepliakovas has extensive experience in sales and management roles. Ramunas began their career at UAB Bitė Lietuva, where they worked as a Key Account Manager and later as the Region Business Sales Manager for Šiauliai. Ramunas then became the Business Sales Manager for the Central Region of Lithuania, responsible for managing a sales team and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

In 2013, Tepliakovas joined Swedbank as the Director of Corporate Banking Center, where they managed the performance of the South Lithuania Corporate Banking Center, focusing on Small Medium Enterprises. Ramunas worked closely with the retail banking team to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.

Tepliakovas then moved on to Lindorff, where they served as the Head of Sales for Lithuania. In this role, they were responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales team.

Currently, Tepliakovas is the Head of Sales for Lithuania at Intrum. Ramunas oversees the Lithuanian sales team and ensures that they meet the KPIs set by the Intrum group. Ramunas actively engages with potential and existing clients both in Lithuania and in Pan Baltic projects.

Throughout their career, Tepliakovas has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a focus on achieving business targets.

Ramunas Tepliakovas earned their degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Kaunas University of Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
