Josh Neider has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Josh began their career as a Tech Support for Vallivue School District in 2000. In 2001, they joined Waupaca Northwoods, Wholesale Manufacturing as a Systems Manager, where they developed and supported a freight scheduling database application and utilized query and reporting software for production planning and forecasting. In 2007, they transitioned to Sybase as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided support for Advantage Database and SQL Anywhere Database, worked on a Java web scheduling application project, and contributed to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base. Josh remained with Sybase, which was acquired by SAP, until 2015. During this time, they served as a Support Engineer, resolving technical issues for SAP enterprise and mobility platforms and acting as a knowledge management coach. In 2015, they joined TSheets.com LLC as an Escalation Engineer, responsible for full-stack web development escalations, and later became a Senior Software Engineer - Escalations Team Lead at Intuit, where they led a sprint team in solving customer product issues and collaborated with the Supportability team to provide timely solutions to customer issues.

Josh Neider attended Boise State University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems in 2007.
