Lynly Lumibao

Lynly Lumibao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and talent development. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager in Talent Management at Intuit since February 2021, Lynly focuses on enhancing employee experiences. Previously, Lynly worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from May 2015 to February 2021, initially as an Associate and later as a Lead Associate, where responsibilities included developing cybersecurity training solutions and improving employee engagement. Additional experience includes the roles of Organization and Talent Analyst at ChenMed and Survey Statistician at the US Census Bureau. Lynly holds a Master's degree in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, & Society and Political Science from UC Irvine. Ongoing professional development is pursued through UC San Diego Extended Studies.
