Eduardo de Paula

Eduardo de Paula has worked in the technology industry since 1994. Eduardo began their career as an Analista de Contas at CASSI, followed by a role as an Analista de Sistemas at WPD. In 2001, they became the Supervisor de TI at Hospital Balbino, followed by a role as Supervisor de Informática at Hospital São Lucas in 2003. Eduardo then joined ESHO as Analista de Sistemas Master, where they were responsible for managing suppliers, leading integration projects, and providing system support. In 2012, they became Gerente de Tecnologia – Regional RJ at Rede Ímpar, where they were responsible for system integrations, M&A, operational efficiency projects, and managing a team of 30 people. Most recently, in 2022, they joined IntuitiveCare® as Project Portfolio Manager.

Eduardo de Paula has a long and varied educational history. Eduardo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Candido Mendes in 1998. In 2020, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Analysis of Computer Systems from Estácio. Eduardo then completed two post-graduate specializations from Estácio and Faculdade Metropolitana in 2017 and 2021, respectively. Finally, they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, with a focus on Management, Innovation, and Health Services. Eduardo has also obtained two additional certifications: Gerenciamento de Portfólio e PMO from FUNDAÇÃO GETULIO VARGAS in April 2022 and Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate - SFPC™ from CertiProf in February 2022.
