Ed Uhl

Ed Uhl is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and healthcare. Currently serving as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at Invacare Corporation, Ed Uhl has previously held multiple senior legal positions at Philips, including Senior Legal Counsel for the Patient Care & Clinical Informatics business group, as well as for various ultrasound and service business units. Prior to a legal career, Ed Uhl worked at ATL Ultrasound as Legal Counsel, contributed to the manufacturing sector as a Manufacturing Engineer at PACCAR, and began professional endeavors as a Robotics Technician in R&D at Devilbiss Ransburg.
