Lauren Searle

Lauren Searle has a diverse work experience in customer success and client relationship management. Lauren is currently working as a Customer Success Director at Invafresh since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Insurity from 2015 to 2022, where they held various roles including Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Senior Client Relationship Coordinator, and Client Relationship Coordinator. Before joining Insurity, they worked at Manulife as a Group Retirement Documentation Analyst from 2014 to 2015 and at CIBC as a Customer Service Representative from 2013 to 2014.

Lauren Searle completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Management Information Systems, General from McGill University from 2007 to 2010. Lauren then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Université de Montréal from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained various certifications in subjects such as customer experience, sales, employee engagement, and customer success management from LinkedIn. Lauren is also currently working towards obtaining the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
