Russell Newall has a diverse work experience spanning various positions in customer service and account management. Russell started their career as the Director of Customer Service at Advanced Utility Systems in 1999. After that, they worked as the Director of Customer Service at FSEnet+ from 2003 to 2005. Then, they moved on to become the Director of Customer Support at Parlay Entertainment from 2005 to 2008. Subsequently, they joined Util-Assist Inc. as the VP of Customer Service and Conservation, where they worked for almost nine years, from 2008 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Invafresh since February 2020. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director of Professional Services & Account Management at Invatron Systems Corp., starting in September 2017 and staying until February 2020.

Russell Newall attended Queen's University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History. Prior to that, they graduated from Markham High School as an Ontario Scholar in 1987. In terms of additional certifications, Russell obtained a certification in Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn in 2023.
