Mario Guisado has over 20 years of work experience in technical support and customer care roles. Mario started their career at Canadian International College as a faculty member before joining Rogers Communications as a Network Specialist. Mario then worked as a Platform Specialist at both Rogers Communications and Shaw Communications, where they also held roles as Supervisor - Network Services Engineering and Manager - Customer Care eCare. In 2017, Mario joined xMatters, inc as a Support Manager and later became the Director, Customer Support. Currently, they are the Director of Technical Support at Invafresh, where they oversee all client support topics. Throughout their career, Mario has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on providing efficient and effective support to clients.

Mario Guisado obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University in 1999. Before that, they attended the same university and completed a Certificate in General Management from 2009 to 2012. Prior to their time at Simon Fraser, Mario attended Capilano University from 1990 to 1992.
