Wanjiru Nganga

Wanjiru Nganga, SHRM - SCP, currently serves as a Board Member at Crocodile River Music and Precious Blood Secondary School, Riruta Alumni Association, and as a Mentor at LUK, Inc. Since 2020, Wanjiru has held the position of Assistant Administrator for Human Resources & Non-Clinical Operations at Century Homecare, focusing on strategic leadership during the healthcare worker shortage and improving operational processes for sustainability. As a Founder and President of Watoto Poa, Wanjiru leads efforts to support immigrant youth through community engagement and cultural education. Previous roles include Human Resources Director and Coordinator at Century Homecare LLC and various positions including Office Manager at theusedcomputers.com and Client Service & Operations Manager at NIC Securities, NIC Bank. Wanjiru holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Nairobi and further education from United States International University - Africa.
