Amer SA (He/Him/His)

Amer has a strong background in supply chain management and operations. He began their career in 2015, responsible for managing overall supply chain operations and strategy, maximizing process efficiency and productivity, and leading teams to achieve key performance indicators. He also played a key role in sourcing and procurement, ensuring materials and supplies were procured to meet product demand and optimizing working capital. Amer worked closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and partners to foster collaboration and determine cost-effective distribution solutions.

In 2019, Amer joined INVECAS as part of the Silicon Planning and Operations team. In this role, he managed the production plan and global supply chain planning operations. He provided expertise in forecasting methods and best supply chain management practices in a global environment. His strengths included supply chain agility, manufacturing process optimization, and cycle time optimization. Amer SA also provided internal consulting for cost analysis and other areas such as order fulfillment, scheduling, vendor-managed inventory, build planning, and lead time management. His work focused on aligning strategy and S&OP.

Amer SA has also obtained several certifications. These certifications include Excel Skills For Business: Essentials from Macquarie University in August 2022, Managing a Cross-Functional Team from Project Management Institute in October 2021, Google Analytics IQ from Google in September 2021, Lean 6σ WB Certified (LSSWB)™ from the Management & Strategy Institute in September 2020, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) from LinkedIn in April 2020, and Certified Master in SCM from Chalmers University of Technology in March 2020.
