About the role

Located on Auckland's North Shore, this role is a part of our Service team who manage repairs and service for our products. The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing our returned products, with the core focus of the role being serviceability for the NZ/AU market. Your role will entail ongoing product support, product assembly and coordination including but not limited to:

  • Ongoing product / RMA support will be this rolls core function.
  • New product development and introduction (NPI) assistance and support
  • Product Testing, software load or upgrade
  • Receive and dispatch products using RMA Portal (when required)
