Danielle MacHado

Danielle Machado is a seasoned technical program manager currently leading initiatives at Invenco by GVR since December 2023. Previously, Danielle served as a Customer Impact Manager at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, driving customer care improvements and enhancing order fulfillment accuracy across business operations. As Manager of Product Owners, Danielle spearheaded a global team focused on fuel retail point-of-sale solutions. Prior experience includes roles at Tata Consultancy Services as a Project Lead/Product Owner, where Danielle managed over 50 business applications and facilitated Agile transitions, and at Restaurant Magic Software as Lead Business Analyst, specializing in software implementation and EDI/B2B integrations. Danielle's career began as a Business Process Engineer at Knowledge Accelerators, optimizing workflows, and as a Process Engineer at Lear Corporation, managing manufacturing processes. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida.
