Rachael Shetka

Rachael Shetka is an experienced environmental compliance and strategy professional, currently serving as Manager at Invenergy since September 2024. Prior to that role, Rachael held the position of Vice President and Senior Environmental Specialist at Barr Engineering Co. from January 2017 to September 2024, where responsibilities included leading site permit applications and state-level environmental reviews. Rachael's career also includes significant tenures at Enbridge as Supervisor of Environment Projects, where rapid promotions were achieved through exemplary project management and leadership. Additional experience includes roles at Natural Resources Engineering Company, Veit and Company, Inc., and Earth Tech, focusing on environmental laws, safety audits, and compliance. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2000.
