Cassio Bartolomei

Cassio Bartolomei has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cassio started their career as the Founder of Beco dos Livros Brasil, an online store specializing in creative book-related products. After that, they joined MidStage Ventures as an Accelerated by participant. Following this, they founded Book4you, where they were responsible for product development, task management, and business development.

Cassio then worked as a Business Analyst at BeeCloud Solutions, where they led CRM implementation projects and created replicable solutions within Salesforce. Cassio later took on the role of Business Analyst Lead, leading the Sales Cloud vertical and focusing on UX and KPIs.

In 2018, Cassio joined Creditas as a Product Manager, working on improving collection and customer relationship products. Cassio was involved in developing products such as collection and conciliation for repayments, a customer mobile application for lending management, and an internal service tool.

At Grupo ZAP, Cassio worked as a Senior Product Manager, contributing to the launch of a new product and creating an innovative squad. Cassio also contributed to product development, vision, and scaling.

Cassio continued their career as a Senior Product Manager at OLX Brasil, focusing on product management. Cassio then worked as a Business Mentor at MITHUB, evaluating startups and participating in acceleration challenges in the Proptech and Construtech market.

In 2021, Cassio became the Head of Product at Get In App, responsible for creating the Product & Design area and structuring the engineering teams. Cassio also cultivated a customer-centered product development culture and contributed to the company's growth.

Currently, Cassio holds the position of Product Lead at Inventa, a role they started in 2023.

Cassio Bartolomei's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at Universidade Paulista. Cassio completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at this institution, graduating in 2011. In the same year, Cassio obtained the CPA10 certification from ANBIMA.

Years later, in 2019, they attended Trailhead by Salesforce and received the Ranger Trailblazer certification in Information Technology.
