Matias Ezequiel Weber

Matias Ezequiel Weber has a diverse work experience. In 2007, they worked as a People Operations at AS&S Consultores. In 2009, they were an Assistant Professor ad honorem at the Facultad de Ingeniería - UBA. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Senior Developer at DCM Solution, where they designed and developed hardware, firmware and software for engineering projects in the security and ticketing market. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Telecom Argentina, where they created KPIs, modeled and analyzed behavior, and related technical KPIs with customer satisfaction. Since 2021, they have been a Senior Data Scientist at Mercado Libre, where they model and analyzes financial data, and models behavior for navigation and communication data. Since 2022, they have been the Data Science Lead | Search and Ranking at Inventa.

Matias Ezequiel Weber obtained an Ingeniería Electrónica (Electronics Engineering) degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 2013, with a focus in Telecomunicaciones. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from CoRise, Search Fundamentals and Search with ML Certificate, in November 2022.
