Amy Lancaster-King is the current Executive Director of WorkSource Atlanta at Invest Atlanta. Amy has over 20 years of experience in workforce development and public policy. Prior to their current role, Amy served as the Sr. Director of Workforce Development at the Metro Atlanta Chamber, where they led the organization's Workforce Development efforts, including Opportunity ATL and Your Talent Your Future initiatives. Amy also advanced MAC's workforce development policy agenda and built community partnerships. Amy has also been President/Owner of Amlan, Inc. Mortgage Corp, a residential mortgage company with three divisions: single-family residential mortgage origination, contract loan processing, and a licensed mortgage and real estate school.

Amy Lancaster-King received their Masters in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and their Bachelor in Business Administration and Accounting from Kennesaw State University as well.

They work with Rosalind Rubens Newell - General Counsel & SVP, Legal & Compliance, Jennifer Fine - VP, Planning & Strategic Initiatives, and Ashley Rivera - Neighborhood Revitalization Assistant Director. Their manager is Eloisa Klementich, President & CEO.
