Job Description

Investible is looking for a passionate and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will lead our financial reporting and budgeting processes, ensuring we achieve our ambitious goals and make a positive impact on the future of technology.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans and budgets to guide strategic decision-making.

• Overseeing accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

• Maintaining the fund model for multiple early-stage funds and oversight of fund accounting

• Managing financial reporting for our investment funds, ensuring compliance and transparency for investors.

• Supporting capital raising activities and investor relations initiatives.

• Managing banking relationships and oversee external partners (auditors, payroll providers).

• Leading and mentoring junior talent, and representing Investible at industry events.

About you

Your skills and traits are more important than your background. What you can bring to our team are:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally in venture capital/private equity.

• Strong technical skills in financial analysis and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Airtable, Xero, Fathom).

• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex financial models and databases.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at translating financial data into clear reports.

• Experience preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership and investors.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborative teamwork.

• Commitment to continuous learning and feedback.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills to build relationships and achieve objectives.

• Tertiary degree in accounting (CPA highly regarded).
