Alison Fraser serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Confluence since May 2022, where expertise in advising B2B financial technology firms underpins legal, risk, and compliance strategies. Previously, Fraser was the General Counsel for the Americas at OSTTRA, where involvement in the launch of a joint venture with CME Group and IHS Markit was pivotal. Prior roles include Deputy General Counsel at NEX Group during its acquisition by CME Group and counsel at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, specializing in specialty finance and mergers and acquisitions. Early legal experience includes positions as an associate at Milbank LLP, a fellow at New York Legal Assistance Group focusing on pro bono work, and a summer intern at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Fraser holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and an AB in History from Princeton University.
