Sam Webb

Sam Webb is the Director of Human Resources at Invictus Education Trust. Prior to this, Sam held the position of HR Business Partner at University of Wolverhampton Multi Academy Trust (UWMAT) from September 2014 to March 2020. In this role, Sam was responsible for school improvement and helping pupils to improve their life chances and achieve their maximum potential.

Before joining UWMAT, Sam was the Principal HR Policy & Workforce Development Officer at Dudley MBC from June 2012 to September 2014. In this role, Sam was responsible for the school HR policy framework for maintained schools and academies in the local authority, including implementation. Sam also led joint negotiating committee meetings, negotiated policies, procedures and terms and conditions for teaching and support staff.

Sam Webb has a post graduate diploma in HR people management and development from BPP Malpass. Sam also has a certification from BPP Malpass in CIPD advanced level 7.

Sam Webb reports to Tony Bowles, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Dan Elwell - Executive Network Manager, Eve Stanton - Director of Teaching & Learning, and Karen Cocker - Chief Finance Officer.
