Frank Papa possesses over two decades of experience in technical consulting and process management within the coating industry. Currently serving as President of GP Plasma since June 2018, Frank specializes in PVD/PECVD processes and equipment. In addition, Frank acts as an Advisory Board Member for INVIZA™, contributing expertise in large area thin film plasma coating development and managing relationships for contract manufacturing in China. Previous positions include US Business Manager at Gencoa Ltd., Process Manager at Hauzer Techno Coating and Crystallume, and Development Engineer at Ultrafast, Inc. Frank began their career as a Process Engineer at Vergason Technology, Inc. and holds a Master of Science in Engineering Science from Pennsylvania State University.
