Amanda Towe

Amanda Towe is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Employee and Industrial Relations, and HQ HRBP at InvoCare since July 2024. Previously, Amanda held the role of Head of People and Culture at Downer, and prior to that, served as Head of Leadership and Organisation Development at Australia Post. Notable positions also include Global Program Director of Talent Acquisition Transformation and Head of Human Resources Global Business Partnership at BHP, along with various leadership roles within Johnson & Johnson, overseeing HR for the Asia Pacific region and leading significant integration efforts. Amanda's career began at Philip Morris International, where roles included Director of HR Brand Building and Manager Compensation and Benefits. Educational qualifications feature a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology from Monash University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Melbourne.
