Morgane Quertenmont has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Morgane began their career as an Assistant at HUDSON / DE WITTE & MOREL in 2004 before moving on to GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals in 2005 where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing candidates and assessing recruitment campaigns.

In 2007, Morgane joined MSOURCE as a Consultant Staffing Solutions. Here, they managed a group of consultants, provided HR support, and ensured talent management and account management. Morgane stayed with the company until 2011.

From 2011 to 2017, Morgane worked at PwC Belgium as an HR Business Partner - Advisory and HR Business Consultant. In these roles, they provided strategic HR support to the advisory department and acted as a consultant for various HR projects.

In 2017, Morgane joined IBA as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they contributed to key initiatives within the HR department. Morgane then took on the role of Human Resources Project Manager - L&D Lead in 2020, focusing on employee engagement, new ways of working, flexible benefits, objectives and key results (OKR), and green mobility. Morgane works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that support the overall objectives of the organization.

Throughout their various roles, Morgane has demonstrated their expertise in HR project management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and HR consulting.

Morgane Quertenmont received a Master's degree in Communications (Public Relations) from the Université catholique de Louvain in 2004. In that same year, they also attended the University of Ottawa for Communications studies. Morgane later pursued additional education and completed a program in Human Resources Management and Services at the Université catholique de Louvain from 2009 to 2010. Throughout their career, Morgane has obtained various certifications, including "Career Essentials in Generative AI" from Microsoft and LinkedIn in 2023, "HR Communication in Today's Fluid Workplace" from LinkedIn in 2021, and "Insights Practitioner" from Insights Benelux in 2016, among others.
