Jeffrey Smith

Jeffrey Smith is a Senior Systems Specialist at ION, specializing in Trading Platform Delivery with over 15 years of experience. Since July 2007, Jeffrey has been a pivotal Subject Matter Expert in designing and delivering bespoke global trading solutions for flagship customers in both New York and Sydney. Previous roles include working as a Fidessa Consultant at Macquarie Group and leading US technical projects at Citi, where Jeffrey oversaw the customization and management of a global derivative trading platform. Additional consultancy roles at firms such as Scottrade, RBC Capital Markets, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, and Cowen and Company LLC further highlight Jeffrey's extensive experience in the financial services sector. Earlier in career, Jeffrey contributed as an Assistant Webmaster at the Center for Social Services at UC Berkeley and was a Summer Research Fellow at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, with research published in the Astronomical Journal.
