Ranjith KR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ranjith is currently working at IonIdea as an Associate HR Manager, where they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Lead HR at the same company since September 2020. Before joining IonIdea, they worked as a Manager Human Resources at Royaloak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd. from August 2016 to September 2020. Ranjith also gained experience as an Assistant Manager HR at VST GROUP INDIA from February 2015 to July 2016. Earlier in their career, Ranjith was a Sr.Executive HR at Ravindu Toyota, where their responsibilities included screening CVs, coordinating interview schedules, and explaining pay package details to candidates. Ranjith was with Ravindu Toyota from January 2011 to January 2015. Ranjith started their career as an HR Executive at Charoen Pokphand Group Co.,Ltd. from February 2008 to December 2010.
Ranjith KR began their education journey in 2005 at SVEPHS, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management (HRM). Ranjith attended the institution until 2008. In 2010, Ranjith KR enrolled at Kuvempu University to further their education.
