Alexander Wolters

Alexander Wolters is a Research Chemist at Ioniqa Technologies since November 2018, focusing on the proprietary PET glycolysis process and the study of organic impurities while supporting a recently launched plant. Prior to this role, Alexander served as an Associate Scientist at Ardena from November 2016 to November 2018, where responsibilities included upscaling syntheses of small molecules and nanomedicines from gram to multi-kilogram scale, often leading to GMP production. Academically, Alexander held seven teaching assistant positions at the University of Groningen from 2011 to 2016, supporting freshmen and supervising lab courses. Earlier experiences include organizing a study trip for Stichting Buitenlandse Exursies and managing external affairs for De Chemische Binding. Alexander holds a Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the same institution, complemented by studies at the University of Oxford.
